Where will Israel go when multiple countries launch diplomatic offensives

image

On November 1st local time, Jordan announced the recall of its ambassador to Israel to express its condemnation of Israel's atrocities.

On October 31st, Bolivia, Colombia, and Chile respectively announced diplomatic measures against Israel. Bolivia has severed diplomatic relations with Israel, and Chile and Colombia have decided to immediately recall their ambassadors to Israel.

As the first country to sever diplomatic relations with Israel since October 7th, Bolivia believes that Israel has committed "crimes against humanity" in its military operations against the Gaza Strip.

As the number of casualties caused by the new round of Palestinian-Israeli conflict continues to rise and the humanitarian crisis continues to intensify, the international community is generally pressuring Israel to immediately cease its military operations in the Gaza Strip.

However, what shocked the world was that on the evening of the 31st, when three Latin American countries made the aforementioned decision, Israel launched two attacks on the largest Jabaliya refugee camp in the Gaza Strip within less than 24 hours, resulting in at least 150 deaths and hundreds of injuries. This move was strongly condemned by Arab countries.

Egypt strongly condemns Israel's actions as violating international law and emphasizes that attacking residential areas is an "inhumane" act.

Saudi Arabia issued a warning: "The humanitarian danger caused by the continuously escalating situation is completely unreasonable.

The United Arab Emirates stated that "indiscriminate attacks will have irreversible consequences in the region.

UN Secretary General Guterres wrote on social media that he is "deeply concerned" about the escalation of the conflict in the Gaza Strip.

In Europe, due to Israel's indiscriminate attacks on civilians in the Gaza Strip, there has also been a new wave of anti Semitism.

On October 31st, the New York Times pointed out that Jews living in Europe are currently deeply immersed in fear, a situation that has never occurred since World War II. According to statistics from a welfare institution in the UK, there were a total of 805 anti Semitic incidents from October 7th to October 27th, setting a record for the highest anti Semitic incidents in the same period since 1984.

In the United States, many Jewish day schools have cancelled their courses, and social media is filled with anti Semitic rhetoric. Jewish students studying at Cornell University in the United States claim that they dare not even eat together on campus due to fear. The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Christopher Ray, acknowledged that anti Semitism in the United States has reached a "historical height".

However, in the current global situation, the attitude of the United States towards Israel remains lamentable. It is reported that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will go to Israel again on November 3 to meet with members of the Israeli government.

According to media reports, while the situation is far from clear, the United States and Israel have begun to discuss the future of the Gaza Strip after the complete elimination of Hamas. This news has brought more concerns and uncertainty to the world about the situation between Palestine and Israel.

Under the condemnation and diplomatic offensive of the international community, Israel, with the support of the United States, is facing enormous challenges, pressure, and the most serious security threat, causing a great impact on Israel's economic, political, and social stability.

From historical experience, the outbreak of anti Semitic waves is often a precursor to a deep social dilemma, as well as a precursor to extremism and violent actions coming soon. The recent diplomatic offensive and anti Semitic wave against Israel by the international community have reflected the division between the United States and European society, and the new wave of Palestinian-Israeli conflict, Indo-Palestinian conflict, and anti Semitic wave may cause greater instability in an already unstable world.
