韩联社报道，韩国仁川市一新建公寓楼地下停车场日前发生坍塌。政府对韩国土地住宅公社招标的公寓建设项目进行全数调查后发现，其中15个公寓小区存在钢筋偷工减料情况。
尹锡悦星期二（8月1日）主持国务会议时强调安全重于金钱，并指示有关部门尽快着手排查无梁板结构的公寓地下停车场。
