资料显示，截至今年6月，韩国18岁以下的未成年法人代表共390人，较2018年的305人增加85人。
韩联社报道，韩国国民健康保险公团星期二（10月10日）向共同民主党议员李秀真提交的资料，从法人行业来看，房地产租赁业344人，占比88.2%，其后为餐饮住宿业13人等。未成年人房地产租赁业法人代表从2018年的267人逐渐增加，2022年增至333人。
未成年法人代表中，收入前十大均为房地产租赁业法人代表，年收入平均1亿5000万韩元（约15万1800新元）。收入最高的为一名13岁初中生，年收入为2亿8000万韩元。一名月收入在1000万韩元以上的8岁小学生也是房地产租赁业法人代表。
申报劳动所得的未成年人中，高额收入者占比较大，排行前十的月均收入898万韩元。最高年收入者为从事房地产租赁业的一名18岁高中生，平均月薪1627万韩元。
