一个马来西亚发展有限公司（一马公司，1MDB）指沙特阿拉伯石油企业沙特国际石油公司，以及英国一家律师事务所协助前首相纳吉挪用18亿3000万美元（约24亿6800万新元）的一马公司资金。
据“星报网”报道，一马公司5月7日向吉隆坡高庭提出诉状，指沙特国际石油公司首席投资官马奥尼，以及英国的伟凯律师事务所（White & Case LLP）协助纳吉、一马公司前执行董事唐健志与逃亡商人刘特佐，挪用上述一马资金。
一马公司指纳吉等人、沙特国际石油公司，以及伟凯律师事务所在2009年至2011年间安排的一马公司与沙特国际石油公司的合资企业完全是骗局，这导致一马公司损失18亿3000美元。
一马公司要求法庭宣判沙特国际石油公司与伟凯律师事务所各赔偿3300万美元。一马公司也要求18亿3000美元的损害赔偿、利息、费用和法庭认为适当的其他补偿。
