美国科技企业家马斯克访问印度尼西亚，将与印尼官员讨论包括星链互联网服务在内的多项重要合作，并与总统佐科共同启动星链服务。
路透社报道，马斯克星期天（5月19日）抵达印尼峇厘岛。他的太空探索科技公司（SpaceX）此前计划推出星链（Starlink）互联网服务，而印尼政府希望该服务将提高印尼的互联网普及率，并为该国偏远地区提供医疗服务。
星期天上午，印尼海洋与投资统筹部长卢胡特（Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan）在峇厘岛机场迎接马斯克。
卢胡特在自己的Instagram上发贴文说，印尼是东南亚最大的经济体，人口超过2亿7000万，在这里实现平等的互联网将使偏远地区的人们也能享受到与城市一样快速的网络。他和马斯克将讨论几项重要合作，包括在印尼启用星链。
印尼通信部长布迪（Budi Arie Setiadi）上周说，SpaceX的卫星部门已经获得了在印尼的运营许可，也获得了在该国提供网络服务的许可。
马斯克还将会见印尼总统佐科，双方将于星期天下午在峇厘岛首府登巴萨（Denpasar）的一个社区卫生中心启动星链。
印尼是星链在东南亚开展业务的第三个国家，其他两国分别是马来西亚和菲律宾。
此外，在乌克兰，军队、医院、企业和援助组织也在广泛使用星链的互联网服务。今年2月，乌克兰还敦促SpaceX采取行动，阻止俄罗斯在俄军占领区使用星链终端进行通信。
