韩国检方说，已再次通知最大在野党共同民主党党首李在明9月4日就裳邦尔集团对朝汇款案到案受讯。
韩联社报道，韩国水原地方检察厅星期一（8月28日）说，考虑到对朝汇款案及其心腹受贿案的侦查进度，上星期三（23日）已通知李在明星期三（30日）到案受讯，但李在明甚至在国会休会期间拒绝出席。当天，检方再次通过电话、书面要求他9月4日到案。
韩国民主党发言人朴省俊当天在国会举行的记者会上说，李在明将于9月没有定期国会全会的某一周配合检方调查。李在明可能考虑于9月11日至15日期间接受检方传唤调查。
裳邦尔集团向朝汇款案指2019年裳邦尔集团会长金圣泰（音译）依照时任京畿道和平副知事李华泳要求，向朝鲜汇去本应由京畿道政府支付的朝鲜智慧农场项目资金500万美元（约678万新元），以及朝方要求的京畿道知事（省级行政区首长）访朝费用300万美元，总计800万美元。检方认为，时任京畿道知事李在明介入其中。
