辉盛国际信托（Frasers Hospitality Trust）的上半年派息受到贷款成本的影响，同比下滑13.7%。
信托在星期四（5月9日）开市前公布截至3月底的2024财年上半年业绩报告显示，每合订证券派息（distribution per stapled security）下跌至1.091分。
贷款利率居高不下导致信托再融资后的贷款成本增加，可派发收入因此下滑13.7%至2340万元。派发给每合订证券持有者的金额，也随之下跌13.7%至2100万元。
净房地产收入微跌1.3%至4470万元，这是因为新加坡的房地产税上升，以及所有旗下房地产的人力成本和水电费增加。
不过，总营收增长1.7%至6330万元，这有赖于多数市场的旅游业进一步恢复。
信托在新加坡的房地产客房平均收入（RevPAR）同比滑落6.7%；入住率下跌7.5个百分点。日本的业务情况较好，神户全日空皇冠广场酒店的客房平均收入增长15.3%；入住率增长5.9个百分点。
信托管理者首席执行官颜志德说：“我们面对宏观经济环境和地缘政治的不确定性和挑战，我们对于今年接下来的酒店业持续复苏的情况抱着谨慎乐观的看法，并且会致力于为每合订证券持有者持续提供长期回报。”
信托指出，物价和利率高企，油价起落不定，以及贸易中断，可能会在今年继续影响信托的成本。经济和地缘政治挑战可能冲击国际旅游的持续复苏步伐，游客也可能会更注重性价比并选择在居住地附近的区域旅游。
