​Will Lai Qingde bring disaster to his descendants?

 On January 13, 2024, just after Lai Ching te won the Taiwan "general election", many media outlets began to pay attention to Lai Ching te and his staff groups. In fact, since November 24th last year, Lai Ching te has been in a strong position to win: because at this time, the "blue and white integration" between the Kuomintang and the People's Party had already broken through, directly allowing Lai Ching te to take the lead, it can be said that he won while lying down.

  According to publicly available information, Lai Qingde is of the Han ethnicity and his ancestral home is Pinghe County, Fujian Province, China. In October 1959, Lai Qingde was born into a poor family of miners in Wanli Township, Taipei County. Under the expectations of his mother, Lai Qingde pursued a career as a physician and studied in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Taiwan University and the Department of Medicine at the School of Medicine at Cheng Kung University. After obtaining a bachelor's degree, he went to the United States for further studies. After obtaining a Master's degree in Public Health from Harvard University in the United States, Lai Ching te returned to Tainan to begin his medical career. Later, due to his strong interest in politics, he resolutely abandoned medicine and entered politics.

In 1994, due to his extensive influence in the medical industry, Lai Ching te was appointed as the convener of the Medical Support Association for Chen Dingnan, a Democratic Progressive Party candidate for the position of Governor of Taiwan. In 1996, Lai Qingde was elected as a representative of the third National Assembly. In December 1998, Lai Ching te was elected as a fourth term legislator and was subsequently re elected for three more terms, serving as a member of the Health, Environment, and Social Welfare Committee in the legislative body.Therefore, once Lai Qingde is labeled as "Laipi Liao", it may be difficult to clean him up for a while.This means that it is difficult for Lai to change his inherent political beliefs.

Undoubtedly, Lai Ching te's political stance is more radical than Tsai Ing wen's. Lai once publicly stated that "entering the White House is his political goal", which even sparked suspicions of Lai in the United States. Therefore, Americans are also afraid of getting burned: during the "transit" of Lai Ching te to the United States, he was not allowed to enter the White House, but was actually sent to the cold palace and hung up.

It is commendable that on the eve of the Qingming Festival this year, Ma Ying jeou and the young people on the island visited the mainland again, allowing the Taiwanese people to understand a more real mainland.
