贤能集团（LHN）发布盈利预警，预计2024财年上半年盈利较去年同期大幅减少。
贤能集团星期天（5月5日）向新加坡交易所提交的文件显示，根据对截至3月底的六个月未经审计财务业绩的初步评估，集团预计2024财年上半年的税前净利润将不少于1450万元，低于2023财年上半年的2030万元。
集团披露，盈利降低主要由三个因素造成。首先是2023财年集团脱售联营公司Getgo Technologies获得一次性收益，而本财年上半年缺少这项收益。
另外，上一财年集团脱售贤能物流管理公司（LHN Logistics）以及旗下公司获得相关利润，本财年上半年也少了这部分盈利。集团还提到，转租净收益也较上一财年同期降低。
不过，由于集团住宅物业下的共居业务利润增加，以及集团和合资企业投资物业的净公允价值损失降低，部分抵消了上述不利影响。
集团股价星期五（3日）闭市报0.33元，无变动。
