新华社东京10月12日电（记者刘春燕 钟雅）日本全国银行资金结算网12日发布公告说，10日、11日连续两天影响部分银行转账交易的全国银行间结算系统故障已排除。
公告说，针对系统软件故障的修复工作已于12日黎明前完成，当天上午8点半开始，汇款交易已恢复正常。
日本全国银行资金结算网11日召开记者会时表示，本次系统故障的原因是将各金融机构与全国银行间结算系统连接起来的“中继计算机”软件出现故障。两天中受到影响的汇出、汇入交易分别为255万笔和251万笔。
从10日上午8点半开始，三菱日联银行等11家金融机构无法向其他银行进行转账，窗口、ATM机、网上银行均无法使用。同时，上述11家金融机构也无法接收来自其他银行的汇款。
日本全国银行资金结算网是日本金融机构为企业和个人进行资金结算的通用平台，该系统为日本全国1000多家金融机构提供结算服务。受本次系统故障影响，部分地区儿童补贴发放、部分企业工资发放、企业间资金往来等交易被延迟。
