（北京综合电）在中国中小银行持续爆雷，叠加近期私募基金接连违约的背景下，中国金融监管机构承诺将加快推进中小金融机构改革化险。
中国国家金融监督管理总局局长李云泽在新华社星期天（12月3日）刊登的专访中说，下一步的重点是加快推进中小金融机构改革化险，包括推动中小银行机构优化结构、提质增效；推进保险公司回归本源；以及引导资管、非银等机构坚守定位、差异化发展。
李云泽也强调，中国金融业运行目前总体平稳，整体风险抵御能力较强，有信心应对各类金融风险挑战。
中国最高规格的中央金融工作会议10月底召开，对提高金融监管的有效性和及时处置中小金融机构风险提出更高要求。
对此，李云泽说，国家金融监管局将围绕强监管严监管，坚决做到“长牙带刺”，持续提升监管的前瞻性、精准性、有效性和协同性。
对于整治金融市场乱象，李云泽提到三个“关键”：聚焦影响金融稳定的“关键事”、造成重大金融风险的“关键人”、破坏市场秩序的“关键行为”，“把板子真正打准、打痛”。
中国国家金融监管总局今年5月正式挂牌成立，负责中国除证券业之外的金融业监管，是中国金融监管机构改革迈出的一步。
