（彭博电）曾为全球第二大加密货币交易平台FTX的债务重组取得进展，计划将公司大部分加密货币清算后，把数十亿美元以现金形式支付给客户和债权人。
这项计划明年先交由债权人进行投票，届时可能透露更多具体细节，之后再提交给美国特拉华州破产法官多尔西（John Dorsey）来最终定夺。
主要债权人和客户已同意上述计划的大致框架。尽管如此，计划仍面对悬而未决的重要问题，包括公司是否会重启已关闭的加密货币交易所、公司如何估计一些数码货币的价值，以及债权人可以预期收回多少资金。
FTX去年11月突然垮台并申请破产。今年11月2日，FTX联合创办人弗里德被控诈欺与共谋等七项罪名全部成立，面对监禁110年的最高刑罚。
