中国央行星期一（1月15日）宣布，开展9950亿元（人民币，下同，1895亿新元）中期借贷便利（MLF）操作，但将中标利率维持在2.50%，出乎市场预料。
中国人民银行在官网上公布，展开9950亿元MLF操作，以维护银行体系流动性合理充裕，中标利率为2.50%，期限为一年。人民银行也开展890亿元公开市场逆回购操作，中标利率1.80%，期限为七天。
路透社早前展开调查，访问35名市场人士，其中有19人预计，央行将下调MLF利率，以提振疲软的中国经济。绝大多数受访者也预测，央行将向金融体系注入的新资金数额，会高于到期资金金额。
7790亿元MLF贷款将于本月到期，意味着人民银行通过此次操作为银行体系净注入资金数额为2160亿元。
