当地时间3月12日晚间，美国得克萨斯州休斯敦市一名3岁儿童在家中发现一把上膛的枪支，在把玩枪支时不慎击中自己4岁的姐姐，导致姐姐当场死亡。
根据美国“枪支暴力档案”网站数据，截至13日，2023年美国17岁及以下儿童在枪击案中丧生的人数高达325人，另有812人受伤。
