7月18日，国务院新闻办公室举行新闻发布会，介绍2023年上半年知识产权工作有关情况，并答记者问。国家知识产权局知识产权运用促进司司长雷筱云介绍，上半年，中国专利商标质押融资金额达到2676.6亿元，同比增长64.6%，质押项目1.6万笔，同比增长56.9%。其中，质押金额在1000万元以下的普惠性专利商标质押项目占比72.5%，惠及中小微企业1.1万家，同比增长54.4%，普惠范围进一步扩大。
