克伦威尔欧洲房地产投资信托（Cromwell European REIT）今年上半年业绩受更高贷款利率影响，每单位派息同比下滑10.4％至7.79欧分（11.54新分）。派息日为9月28日。
克伦威尔欧洲房地产投资信托在星期一（8月14日）开市前公布截至6月底的业绩，可派发收入同比下跌10.4％至4381万欧元。
净房地产收入同比增长1.8％至6854万欧元。由于信托脱售房地产，加上两个在意大利中央商业区的办公楼正在重新发展，导致收入增幅较低，否则净房地产收入同比增长3.9％。
每单位派息减少是因为利率成本增加，而且少了两个重新发展中房地产带来的可派发收入，以及在去年上半年派发的110万欧元的额外资本派发。
由于宏观经济基本面疲弱以及信贷市场紧缩，信托决定不为今年上半年进行额外资本派发，并保留资本收益。
信托首席执行长兼执行董事阁凌（Simon Garing）说：“我们会继续脱售房地产以避免受到经济放缓以及利率升高可能对房地产估价的冲击，同时也是为了能为进行中资产提升计划和资产注入活力计划提供资金。虽然这些因素可能对每单位派息造成短期影响，但我们的房地产组合风险回报情况料会继续改善，并在中长期内企稳。”
整体房地产组合截至6月底的租用率为95.4％，权平均租赁期（WALE）为4.4年。
