中国金融管理部门上调跨境融资宏观审慎调节参数，人民币对美元汇率大幅走高。
据澎湃新闻报道，中国人民银行星期四（7月20日）开盘前发布公告称，为进一步完善全口径跨境融资宏观审慎管理，继续增加企业和金融机构跨境资金来源，引导其优化资产负债结构，中国人民银行、国家外汇局决定将企业和金融机构的跨境融资宏观审慎调节参数从1.25上调至1.5，即日实施。
调节跨境融资宏观审慎调节参数，被视为可用于稳定汇率的政策工具之一。此次调节后，人民币对美元汇率在在岸和离岸市场双双应声大幅走高。
其中，人民币对美元即期汇率7月20日开盘大幅走高，盘中升破7.18关口，较前一交易日7.2197的收盘价升值超过400点；离岸人民币对美元汇率在消息出炉后直线拉升，升幅一度接近500点，盘中逼近7.18关口。
据报道，面对本轮人民币汇率贬值，中国金融管理部门在此次调节跨境融资宏观审慎调节参数前，一直未使用外汇政策工具。
中国人民银行副行长刘国强在7月14日举办的今年上半年金融统计数据新闻发布会上说，在应对多轮外部冲击的过程中，人民银行积累了丰富的应对经验，也具有充足的政策工具储备，会根据情况的需要合理使用工具。
