中国电子零部件制造商胜宏科技（惠州）以4亿6000万美元（约6亿新元）价格，收购本地印制电路板制造商MFS Technology。
胜宏科技星期三（7月26日）提交给深圳证券交易所的文告说，计划以现金形式收购Tree House Limited持有的Pole Star Limited所有股权。收购后，胜宏科技会间接持有MFS Technology及其所有子公司。
胜宏科技从事高密度印制线路板的研发、生产和销售，市值219亿元人民币（约40亿新元）。
根据文告，MFS Technology成立于1988年，是全球领先的柔性印制电路和互连解决方案创新提供商，擅长高密度、多层数柔性电路板的设计与生产，专注医疗、数据存储、汽车与工业控制等终端行业。
MFS Technology公司网站显示，公司在中国和马来西亚拥有制造业务，在德国和加拿大有销售团队。
这家公司于2016年从新加坡交易所除牌，2018年中国私募投资公司德弘资本获得控股股权，交易额未披露。
