Japan's meteorological Agency issued a tsunami warning for the Izu Islands and Ogasawara Islands Tuesday (September 24) after a magnitude-5.9 earthquake hit waters near Tokushima in the Izu Islands, Xinhua reported. Waves up to 1 meter high are expected.
