乌克兰总统泽连斯基星期天（24日）表示，他在本周访问美国期间会见了美国企业家和金融家，讨论了乌克兰的投资机会。
路透社报道，泽连斯基表示，包括迈克尔·布隆伯格、拉里·芬克和比尔·阿克曼在内的企业家准备在俄乌战争后对乌克兰的重建进行重大投资。
他在Telegram上说，“美国企业家和金融家确认，他们准备在战争结束并获得安全保证后立即在我国进行大规模投资”，并附上了会议照片。
“我们正在为乌克兰的胜利和重建而努力。”
泽连斯基本周访问美国和加拿大，继续为抵御俄罗斯长达19个月的入侵寻求军事和财政支持。
与此同时，俄罗斯外长拉夫罗夫称乌克兰恢复入侵前领土的提议“无法实现”，并表示如果乌克兰的盟友想要战争，他们可以发动战争。
拉夫罗夫在纽约举行的新闻发布会上表示：“如果你坚持在战场上，好吧，那就在战场上决定吧。” 他还称，恢复黑海粮食协议的希望不大。
