中国短视频应用TikTok和母公司字节跳动在美国联邦法院提起诉讼，寻求推翻美国总统拜登签署的一项迫使TikTok从字节跳动剥离的法律。
路透社报道，TikTok和字节跳动星期二（5月7日）向美国哥伦比亚特区巡回上诉法院提起诉讼，指控美国政府针对TikTok的法律在许多方面违反了美国宪法，包括违反美国宪法第一修正案对于言论自由的保护。
拜登于4月24日签署的这项法律规定，字节跳动在2025年1月19日之前出售TikTok，否则就禁止TikTok继续在美国市场运作。
两家中国公司在诉状中说：“这是美国有史以来首次颁布这么一条法律，针对单一一个语音平台，实施永久性的全国性禁令。”
诉状称，让TikTok从字节跳动剥离“根本不可能，无论在商业上、技术上、法律上来说都是不可能……毫无疑问：这条法律（法案）将迫使TikTok在2025年1月19日关闭，导致使用TikTok交流且无法在其他地方复制的1.7亿美国人噤声。”
美国白宫和司法部拒绝对此诉讼发表评论。
白宫此前说，出于国家安全考虑，美国政府希望中国终止它对TikTok的所有权，但不希望禁止TikTok在美国使用。
