净利息收入及交易和投资收入强劲增长，带动大华银行（UOB）今年第二季净利同比上扬27%至14亿1500万元。
大华银行宣布派发每股85分中期股息，高于去年的60分，派息日为8月18日。
大华银行星期四（7月27日）开市前发布截至6月底的2023财年次季及上半年业绩报告，包括整合花旗银行东南亚零售业务的开支，次季净利比首季减少6%。但扣除这笔开支，次季核心净利同比劲增35％至15亿零700万元，与上一季相比下滑4％，
上半年净利取得29亿2500万元，比去年同期高出45%，核心净利同比扩增53%至30亿8400万元。
大华银行副主席兼总裁黄一宗在文告中说：“我们上半年业绩可圈可点，在强劲的净利息收入以及交易和投资收入的推动下，核心净利创历来新高。” 他也说，尽管全球前景仍不明朗，但预计亚细安区域将保持相对韧性。更加适中的利率环境和旅游业和服务需求的回升，将支持区域经济增长。
