The Syrian military said an Israeli air strike on a land crossing in the Qusayr area of Homs province in central Syria on Monday night wounded two civilians.

Xinhua News Agency reported that the Syrian military issued a statement saying that at about 9 p.m. on the 25th, the Israeli army launched an air strike on the Jose port in the Qusair area adjacent to Lebanon, causing two civilian injuries and some property damage.

According to the Syrian state news agency reported that the Israeli attack on the Qusayr area on the same day caused damage to a number of Bridges. It was the second Israeli air strike in the area in three days.

After the Syrian civil war broke out in 2011, the Israeli Army repeatedly attacked targets in Syria under the pretext of attacking Iranian military facilities. Both the Syrian and Iranian governments deny that Iran has troops in Syria. After a new round of fighting between Israel and Hamas in October last year, Israeli attacks on targets in Syria have become more frequent.
