美国国会报告指出，在特朗普担任美国总统四年期间，特朗普公司向包括中国在内的外国政府收取了至少780万美元（约1036万新元）。
路透社报道，美国众议院监督委员会中的民主党议员在星期四（1月4日）发布的这份报告中说，在特兰谷任内，沙特阿拉伯、印度、土耳其、刚果、马来西亚等20个国家的代表，曾向特朗普的酒店与产业支付大笔款项。
其中，北京当局及中国工商银行和海南航空等企业在特朗普拥有的物业花了550万美元。报告指特朗普拥有的公司未经国会同意就收取这些外国政府款项，违反了宪法中关于“外国薪酬”的禁令。
众议院监督委员会中的民主党议员说，在156页报告中详细列明的款项，可能只是2017年至2021年特朗普入主白宫期间，他和家人获得的外国款项的一小部分。
报告说：“这些国家在特朗普的豪宅或酒店留宿的花费，往往出手阔绰，特朗普总统在个人财富滚滚来的同时，他在与这些国家相关的外交政策中所做的决定，给美国带来了影响深远的后果。”
特朗普竞选团队没有立即对报道做出回应。
