综合外电报道，美国国际贸易委员会（U.S. International Trade Commission, 简称ITC）今年10月的裁决认定，苹果公司侵犯了医疗技术公司Masimo的血氧传感器相关专利。
Masimo在2021年的一份诉状中指控苹果侵犯了它的专利。2020年以来，苹果公司在大多数新款Apple Watch中配备了脉搏血氧计的传感器。
ITC审查程序允许政府介入，可以在圣诞节前推翻这一决定。
然而，美国贸易代表办公室星期二发布声明说，美国贸易代表戴琪在仔细磋商后决定不推翻禁令，ITC的决定于12月26日成为最终决定。
苹果公司星期二发布声明说：“我们强烈不认同ITC的决定和由此产生的排除令，并正在采取一切措施，尽快将Series 9和Ultra 2系列的苹果手表带回给美国消费者。”
据《华尔街日报》报道，苹果公司从12月21日开始暂停Series 9和Ultra 2型苹果手表的线上销售，并在12月24日之后暂停在实体店的销售。不受影响的Apple Watch SE则继续销售。此前售出的手表不受禁令影响。
Masimo和其他一些小公司声称，苹果公司抄袭了它们的技术，并通过美国专利制度采取法律策略，以避免支付专利使用费。苹果公司否认窃取技术，并反指Masimo抄袭苹果。
