法新社报道，高分辨率卫星图像显示，朝鲜边境图们江铁路设施内有至少70辆货运车，即使是同冠病疫情暴发前的水平相比，这也是“前所未有”的。过去五年，铁路设施内的货运车不超过20辆。
报告说，这可能显示朝鲜正向俄罗斯供应武器和弹药，但由于集装箱上覆盖着防水布，因此无法确认里头的货物。
