美国星期二（8月1日）宣布将两家涉嫌参与新疆强迫劳动的中国企业列入实体清单，禁止这两家企业的产品进入美国。
据路透社报道，美国国土安全部星期二宣布，将储蓄电池开发商骆驼集团、天然色素和香料制造商晨光生物科技集团列入《防止强迫维吾尔人劳动法》实体清单。
美国国土安全部称，上述禁令是为了加强华府追究新疆当局对维吾尔族群体等少数民族实施“种族灭绝和反人类罪”的责任。
美国国土安全部部长马约卡斯也在声明中称：“我们将继续与所有伙伴合作，在促进合法贸易流动的同时，将所有新疆强迫劳工生产的产品排除在美国商业之外。”
美国总统拜登在2021年12月签署通过《防止强迫维吾尔人劳动法》，当局从去年6月开始执行。这项法令要求美国企业在进口新疆商品时，必须提供有关这些产品与强迫劳动没有关联的证据，否则将被禁止进入美国市场。
美国国土安全部称，自法令生效以来，共有24个实体被列入清单。
