宏利美国房地产投资信托(Manulife US REIT)星期一(12月18日)开市前披露,所有12方贷款人均已获得与现有贷款重组有关的必要批准,以及与违反条款有关的豁免。受托人DBS Trustee也已经和赞助人The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company、赞助人-贷款人和所有贷款人签订了总重组协议(Master Restructuring Agreement)。
总重组协议包括一项条件,若不符合此条件则属违约。根据规定,如果信托经理人Manulife US Real Estate Management不再是赞助人,或者不再是赞助人继任者直接或间接全资拥有的公司,则构成违约。继任者必须是Manulife Financial Corporation全资拥有的公司,Manulife Financial Corporation是赞助人目前的最终控股公司。
信托可能因为违约而受影响的融资总额是11亿8000万美元(约15亿7340万新元)。截至目前,信托未违反相关条件。
与此同时,信托披露,已经完成脱售位于亚利桑那州的办公楼Park Place。完成这项脱售后,信托的投资组合包括位于美国亚利桑那州、加利福尼亚州、佐治亚州、新泽西州、弗吉尼亚州和华盛顿特区的10处办公楼资产。
信托星期一截至上午10时跌2.4%至8.1美分。
