彭博信用市场追踪指标显示，中国房地产行业在离岸信用市场的压力11月降至一级，为2021年5月数据开始编制以来的最低水平。
据彭博社星期二（12月19日）报道，中国房地产行业危机已延宕两年之久，规模6800亿美元（9058亿新元）的离岸信用市场进入最风平浪静时期。离岸市场的信用压力水平从10月的三级降至11月的一级；在岸市场11月信用压力保持在二级，与10月相同。
信用压力水平从低到高依次为一级到六级。
报道称，全球投资者少有的镇定，是中国房地产行业困境暂时缓解的初步信号。为了防止长期楼市低迷和房企流动性吃紧危及金融稳定，中国政府已经加大力度来支持开发商的融资。
另据彭博社早前报道，上月据悉中国政府拟出台的政策措施包括起草50家房企白名单，以及考虑首次允许银行向房企提供无抵押的流动资金贷款。
除了离岸市场信用压力大幅缓解，彭博不包括违约债务的指数显示，以资金紧张的中资开发商为主的中国垃圾美元债券市场连续三个月上涨，创下自1月份以来的最佳表现。
雅居乐、新城控股和平安不动产等幸存发行人的美元债券位居上个月表现居于前列，其中雅居乐一马当先，总回报率超过77%。
另外，彭博行业研究的中资地产股指数11月份也上涨6%，结束此前连续三个月的下跌。
