法国国家频率管理局星期二（9月12日）发布公告称，检测结果显示苹果iPhone12手机的电磁波辐射值超出欧盟标准，已要求苹果公司自当日起从法国市场暂时下架这款手机。
新华社报道，法国国家频率管理局公告称，为无线电设备市场的监管机构，法国国家频率管理局近期检测了包括苹果iPhone12在内的一批手机，以检查手机的比吸收率是否符合标准。比吸收率反映的是人体暴露于电磁辐射下身体吸收辐射量的水平。
测试结果显示，iPhone12手机的肢体比吸收率为5.74W/kg，超出了欧盟规定的4W/kg上限。
公告要求苹果公司立即采取一切必要措施，暂停销售iPhone12手机。“自9月12日起，法国所有分销渠道不得继续销售iPhone12手机。”“对于那些已售出的iPhone12手机，苹果公司也必须采取必要的纠正措施，尽快使其符合要求。”否则，苹果公司将被勒令召回相关手机。
法国负责数码化事务的部长级代表巴罗周二说，苹果公司有15天期限更新相关手机的软件使其符合标准。如果苹果公司不采取行动纠正问题，他可能要求召回法国市场上所有型号的苹果手机。
巴罗说，法国国家频率管理局将向所有欧盟成员国提供iPhone12的检测信息。他说，法国和欧盟为自己制定的标准必须得到落实，“每家公司都必须遵守，苹果公司也不例外”。
