Indian Trade Minister Piyush Goyal said on Tuesday (September 2) that India is negotiating a bilateral trade agreement with the United States.

Reuters reported that a few days ago, Washington doubled tariffs on Indian goods as a punitive measure on the grounds that New Delhi continued to import Russian oil.
