彭博社引述一位知情人士透露，希音已向美国监管机构提交了首次公开售股（IPO）申请，有望于明年进行。
高盛（Goldman Sachs）、摩根大通（JP Morgan）和摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）将负责此项IPO的承销。因申请未公开，知情人士要求匿名。
希音于2008年在中国南京创立。去年，这家全球时尚公司把总部迁来新加坡，并在2021年注销在中国的主营实体公司。
