首铸集团（First Sponsor）宣布以6249万元收购荷兰上市公司NSI N.V.（简称NSI）的10.65%股权。
首铸集团星期五（5月3日）深夜向新交所提交的文件显示，其间接全资子公司FS NL Holdings B.V.已与ICAMAP Investments S.à r.l.签订股份购买协议，从对方手中收购NSI的214万5960股股份，占NSI总股本约10.65%。
收购对价为4292万欧元（约6249万新元），将以现金形式支付，预计于5月10日前后完成。
收购完成后，首铸集团在NSI的持股比例将从目前的2.87%，上升至13.52%。
NSI是荷兰上市公司，截至3月31日，公司在荷兰境内拥有45个办公物业，市值约为10亿2200万欧元，其中约55%的资产位于阿姆斯特丹。
根据NSI公布的截至去年底的经审计财报，此次交易股份的账面价值和净有形资产价值约为7560万欧元。
首铸集团董事会表示，此次收购为集团提供了战略机遇，标志着集团在荷兰房地产市场长期投资的进一步扩展。此次收购预计不会对公司本财年的合并净有形资产或每股盈利产生重大影响。
集团股价星期五闭市时报1.13元，无变动。
