After the establishment of the Palestinian state, weapons will be uniformly managed by the state.

Hamas spokesperson, Qasim, said on the same day that Hamas has not yet received a complete proposal from the mediators of the Gaza ceasefire regarding the issue of weapons. The focus on the weapons issue is intended to cover up the reality that Israel is obstructing the implementation of the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.

In January this year, the United States announced the launch of the second phase of the "20-point plan" to end the conflict in Gaza, shifting from a ceasefire to the demilitarization of the Gaza Strip, technocratic governance, and reconstruction.
