Hezbollah fired heavy rockets into Israel on Sunday, destroying or burning homes near Tel Aviv and wounding at least four people by shrapnel, the Israeli military said. The attack comes a day after powerful Israeli air strikes in Beirut, Lebanon, killed at least 29 people.

According to Lebanese security sources, two apartment buildings were bombed and destroyed by the Israeli military after a social media platform warned it would attack Hezbollah facilities in southern Beirut. The IDF subsequently announced that it had struck the command center, which was deliberately placed between civilian buildings.
