美国资产管理公司领航集团（Vanguard Group）据报已出售与蚂蚁集团合资成立的投资公司的股份，进一步退出中国市场。
彭博社星期二（10月17日）引述知情人士报道，领航集团上星期已与蚂蚁集团签署了退出该合资企业的协议，蚂蚁集团将收购领航持有的49%股份。
上述交易的价格没有披露，领航集团和蚂蚁集团也没有回应彭博社的置评请求。消息人士称，领航集团表示将优先投放资源经营提供自家投资产品及服务的地区。
据报道，该合资企业为蚂蚁金服与领航集团合资的“先锋领航投顾（上海）投资咨询公司”，于2019年在上海成立，蚂蚁和领航分别持股51％和49％。先锋领航投顾是一家机器人顾问公司，拥有逾300万名用户，截至2021年初，资产管理规模为69亿元人民币（约12.9亿新元）。
作为美国资产管理巨头，领航集团今年3月被曝决定关闭在中国的业务并退出咨询业务，包括关闭其在上海的分支机构，以及退出与蚂蚁集团的合资企业。
