The Fars News Agency of Iran reported on Monday that satellite images showed that US military bases located in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain were attacked by Iranian air strikes.
According to Xinhua News Agency, satellite images show that the Saudi Sultan Prince Air Base was subjected to four air strikes. Based on the comparison of images before and after the attacks on March 22nd and 29th, the attacks caused damage to a refueling aircraft and a warning aircraft at the base, and also partially damaged one building.
Another satellite image shows that the US air base located in Bahrain was attacked by Iranian missiles, and multiple facilities were damaged.
The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal reported, citing unnamed officials, that the missile and drone attacks launched by Iran against the Saudi prince's air force base resulted in at least 12 US soldiers being injured, with two of them suffering serious injuries.
The Iranian armed forces issued a warning on Sunday, stating that the residences of military commanders and political officials from the United States and Israel will also be legitimate targets for Iran's attacks.
