All 11 passengers and crew members of a light aircraft crashed in Kenya

It is learned that the aircraft with the registration number 5Y-CCA was originally scheduled to fly from the coastal city of Diani to a popular tourist destination in the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Personnel from relevant government departments have rushed to the scene to investigate the cause of the accident. (Reuters

A light aircraft carrying tourists from Hungary and Germany crashed in Kenya on Tuesday (October 28th), killing all 11 people on board.

Reuters reported that the operator "Mombasa Air Safari" confirmed that the crashed plane was carrying 10 passengers, including eight Hungarians and two Germans, as well asa Kenyan captain.

The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority stated that the accident occurred in Kwale County near the Indian Ocean coast at approximately 8:30 a.m. (1:30 p.m. Singapore time).

A regional police officer disclosed in a report by Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) that all the passengers were tourists. Citizen TV reported that the bodies of the people on board had been burned to the point where they were unrecognizable. The Civil Aviation Administration further pointed out that the plane was originally scheduled to fly from the coastal town of Diani to Kichwa Tembo in the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.
