为打击恶意抹黑内容，比亚迪公关总经理发文称，将给予主动联系比亚迪的恶意抹黑贴文发布者和知情者最高500万元（人民币，约94万新元）的奖励。
比亚迪公关总经理李云飞星期天（12月3日）在个人微博账号发文称，比亚迪的技术和产品“经常被花样百出的恶心和针对”，其中包括在店里直接把比亚迪的车进行“恶意对比”、有销售顾问给客户看“剪辑后的黑料恶意抹黑”、给产品配置或品牌车型“起黑外号”、甚至有“脑残粉买我们车使劲造搞直播和恶意诋毁传播”。
他扬言：“涉及违法的，我们会一追到底！在此也奉劝：干了坏事，于心不安的参与者或是知情者们，欢迎联系我们，将视情况，在符合法规的前提下，进行减责或免责，并结合其提供线索及资料的价值，给予5万至500万元的奖励！”
李云飞也在贴文下附上大量上述抹黑方式的例子，并给其它汽车品牌打上马赛克。
比亚迪官网上星期五（12月1日）公告，11月新能源汽车销量30.19万辆，同比增长约31%。今年前11个月，比亚迪新能源汽车销量累计268.34万辆，同比增长64.80%。
据搜狐新闻报道，李云飞之前在今年4月的上海车展上称，比亚迪计划2023年全年销量目标为300万辆车。根据每日经济新闻，比亚迪要完成全年销量目标，12月还需要卖出31.66万辆。
