韩国将从明年起把外国游客的退税总额上限提高一倍。
路透社报道，韩国财政部长秋庆镐星期一（11月27日）宣布，从2024年1月起，外国游客在韩国购物可享有的退税总额上限将提高一倍，至500万韩元（约5135新元）。
秋庆镐说，外国旅客在韩国指定商店可退税的单笔消费顶限将从50万韩元，提高到100万韩元；每人每趟旅程的购物总额顶限则从250万韩元，上调到500万韩元。
他说：“新措施旨为吸引外国游客在韩国消费购物，协助提振我们的旅游业。”
另据韩联社报道，在韩国机场离境大厅购买符合退税条件的商品没有任何限制。
