万达电影公告，公司间接控股股东及实控人王健林，拟将51%股权转让给上海儒意投资管理有限公司。
据万达电影星期三（12月6日）发布公告，公司间接控股股东北京万达文化产业集团有限公司，及其全资子公司北京珩润企业管理发展有限公司、公司实际控制人王健林，三方拟将其合计持有的北京万达投资有限公司51%股权转让予上海儒意投资管理有限公司。万达投资是万达电影的控股股东。
若上述事项最终实施完成，将会导致万达电影的控制权变更。7月，儒意以22.62亿元（人民币，4.27亿新元）受让北京万达投资49%股权。
今年以来陷入债务风波以来的万达一直在出售资产。据乐居财经报道，万达近期出售的资产还包括上海周浦万达广场，接盘方为大家人寿保险。
