彭博社报道,麦肯锡健康促进研究院(McKinsey Health Institute)星期四(11月2日)公布了对30个国家逾3万名员工进行的调查结果,日本员工得分最低,仅25%;土耳其最高,为78%,印度和中国以76%和75%排名第二和第三。全球员工平均水平为57%。
尽管日本企业在提供终身雇佣和工作保障方面享有盛誉,但这也意味着,员工如果不满意工作将很难换工作。
为日本企业提供跨文化沟通和商业实践咨询的企业管理咨询公司Rochelle Kopp说,日本的企业文化在国际调查中获得的评分一直偏低,而调查结果也反映了这点。

根据麦肯锡健康促进研究院的调查,拥有积极工作体验的员工整体身心健康更好,在工作中更具创新性,工作表现也更高。
调查报告说,“对于大多数成年人来说,日常生活里的大部分时间都是在工作中度过的,因此雇主对员工的身体、心理、社交和精神健康的影响不容小觑”。
