The Palestinian National Authority issued a statement in the name of the State of Palestine, reaffirming its commitment to work with the United States, regional countries and partners to end the war in the Gaza Strip through a comprehensive agreement and committing to completing reforms within one year after the war ends.

The statement was broadcast by the Palestinian News Agency on Monday (September 29), welcoming US President Trump's efforts to end the Gaza war and emphasizing the importance of establishing a partnership with the United States for achieving regional peace.

The statement pointed out that the "Comprehensive Agreement" aimed at ending the war in Gaza will ensure adequate humanitarian assistance to the Gaza Strip, release Israeli detainees and Palestinian prisoners, establish mechanisms to protect the Palestinian people, ensure respect for the ceasefire and guarantee the security of both Palestine and Israel, prevent the annexation of land, prevent Palestinians from being displaced, and end unilateral actions that violate international law. Release the Palestinian tax funds detained by Israel to prompt a complete withdrawal of Israel from the Gaza Strip. The agreement will also open the door to a just and peaceful path based on the "two-state solution".

The statement emphasized that the Palestinian side is committed to fulfilling the obligations stipulated in the New York Declaration, including completing the reform plan of the Palestinian National Authority and holding presidential and legislative council elections within one year after the end of the war, and ensuring that all candidates abide by the political platform, international commitments and international law requirements of the Palestine Liberation Organization. And abide by the principle of "one system, one law, and one legitimate Palestinian security force". We hope to establish a modern, democratic and demilitarized Palestinian State, dedicated to diversity and peaceful transfer of power.

The statement said that Pakistan is willing to engage in active and constructive contacts with all parties to achieve regional peace, security and stability.

Earlier that day, after meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu at the White House, Trump announced that Netanyahu accepted the "20-point plan" proposed by the US side to end the Gaza conflict. Hamas confirmed that it has received this latest plan and will study it with a "serious and positive attitude" and give a formal response.
