近期的股权融资活动造成单位基础扩大，ESR乐高房地产投资信托（ESR-Logos REIT）的2023财年上半年每单位派息（DPU）同比下滑5.6％至1.378分。
信托星期三（7月26日）开市前发布截至6月底的上半年业绩显示，可派发收入同比增长37.9％，从7360万元至1亿零150万元；净房地产收入（NPI）同比增长37％至1亿4080万元；总营收同比上扬33.3％至1亿9680万元。
信托表示，较高的总营收和净房地产收入增长主要得益于去年4月与亚腾乐歌物流信托（ARA Logos Logistics Trust）合并后带来的贡献，以及去年10月收购的ESR Sakura Distribution Centre。
受新经济领域优质空间需求强劲的带动，信托投资组合的入驻率保持在92.9％。基于经济结构趋势的持续变化，信托的租金调升率从去年上半年的11.4％微升至11.6％。
信托也宣布，间接全资子公司Coopers Plains（QLD）信托以约1080万澳元（973万新元）完成了51玛斯库莱布路（51 Musgrave Road）的脱售。
