Zelensky called Macron and urgently requested air defense systems and missiles

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that during his phone call with French President Emmanuel Macron, he asked the latter to provide more air defense systems and missiles.

According to reports from AFP and Reuters, Zelensky posted on Facebook on Sunday (October 12) : "I spoke with President Emmanuel Macron..." I informed him of our top priorities, with the air defense system and missiles being the top priority.

Earlier on the same day, the Russian Ministry of Defense released data stating that Russian air defense forces had destroyed 32 Ukrainian drones overnight.
