新的年度股息为每股50美分，按周二收盘价26.06美元计算，年度股息收益率约为1.92%，低于之前的5.6%。英特尔表示，降低后的首笔股息将于6月1日派发给截至5月7日登记在册的股东。
该公司去年总共派发了60亿美元的股息。
