韩国政府的一份调查报告显示，以2022年为准，韩国民众须不吃不喝15.2年才可在首尔市购置房产。
韩联社报道，韩国国土交通部星期五（12月22日）公布的这项调查结果，是抽取全国5.1万户家庭以面对面的方式进行。
以中位数数据为准，2022年首都圈地区有房家庭的房价收入比（Price Income Ratio）为9.3，这意味着首都圈民众要买房须不吃不喝攒钱9.3年。其中，首尔的房价收入比由2021年的14.1升至2022年的15.2，仁川由7.1增至7.7，京畿道为8.9。与之相反，全国平均房价收入比由6.7降至6.3。
去年有房家庭占比61.3%，同比（60.6%）增加0.7个百分点，创下2006年开始相关统计以来的最高纪录。其中，首都圈有房家庭占比由54.7%升至55.8%，为近14年来的最高值。
买房意识方面，89.7%的受访者认为应当拥有属于自己的房产，这一比重一年间增加了0.7个百分点。
