祥峰科技收购企业 （Vertex Technology Acquisition Corporation，简称VTAC）将支付每股5.01元给已行使赎回权的股东。这将涉及约2600万股股票的赎回，总额约1亿3030万元。
VTAC星期二（12月5日）宣布这一消息。这笔款项将于星期五（8日）通过中央托收公司支付。
赎回价格是根据截至周二托管账户中的存款总额得出的，包括未释放的利息收入，扣除利息收入的任何应付税款后除以已发行股票数量。
从星期五起，VTAC将改名为17LIVE Group，该股的交易名字将从Vertex SPAC改为17LIVE。
VTAC与17Live的业务合并在上周的特别股东大会上以95.5%的赞成票通过，共有2880万股代表参与投票。
VTAC说，没有赎回并持有剩余1558多万股的股东可享有额外凭单。不包括Vertex SPV，没赎回并持有剩余近960万股的股东可在特别奖金计划下获得股份（Special Bonus NRS Shares）。
上星期五，VTAC宣布其股东已选择赎回约2600万股股份，占公司总发行股本4160万股的62.5%。
